In a battle button versus big blind, Peter Turmezey took on Benjamin Thomas and both invested 240,000 each on the Js7h6s flop. Thomas then bet the 4h turn for 405,000 and Turmezey wasted very little time before moving all-in.

Thomas asked for the bet to be pulled all-in and the shove was for another 1,110,000 on top, which covered him by two single chips. A tank of more than three minutes followed and Thomas then folded to walk away from the table, while Turmezey showed a blank queen.

Peter Turmezey – 2,300,000
Benjamin Thomas – 1,100,000
