Jean-Luc Adam raised it up to 1,600 and received two callers to the 9d8d4h flop, on which a tussle broke out with the Frenchman getting the last 19,200 into the middle. He was looked up by his former nemesis Hubert Dirks who tabled the 8c4c for the bottom two pair. Adam had the 7d5d for a gutshot and flush draw but ended up drawing to one out on the 4d turn.

No miracle happened on the 7s river and Adam was eliminated.

His son Cedric Adam then took on Dirks as well and bet-folded the Kc10c9sAc10h river for 11,000 when Dirks made it 30,000 to go. The clock was called on Adam and he folded, mentioning in table chat he had queen-jack of spades. Dirks flashed the Ad10s for a full house to continue his rush hour.

Hubert Dirks – 120,000
Cedric Adam – 65,000
Jean-Luc Adam – Eliminated
