Sengphet La raised to 45,000 on the button and Alexander Orlov opted to call out of the big blind. They headed to the 10d4c2c flop on which Orlov check-called for 40,000. The same process repeated on the Ah turn for 60,000 and Orlov then checked the 5s river as well. La sized up and fired a third barrel for 300,000, which got the job done to force a fold from Orlov.
