Cayol Doubles; Jhangiani Doesn’t

WSOPC Ring Event #2: $400 Bonus Stack
Level 20: Blinds 5,000-10,000 BBA 10,000
11 / 169 Remaining

Graziano Santini raised to 20,000 from under the gun and then called the shove by Luc Cayol for the last 45,000. Cayol was flipping with 7h7s versus AsJc and prevailed thanks to the Qd6d3h8d7d board.

Rajesh Jhangiani was not as fortunate in his final showdown, which commenced as a limped battle of the blinds. On the KhQs9h flop, big stack Karthik Ramakrishnan bet 12,000 and then faced the shove by Jhangiani, which he reluctantly called after admitting “that’s probably a nitroll”.

Rajesh Jhangiani: Kc3c
Karthik Ramakrishnan: Qh2h

The 3h turn improved Ramakrishnan and Jhangiani failed to get there on the Ad river.

Karthik Ramakrishnan – 750,000
Graziano Santini – 120,000
Luc Cayol – 120,000
Rajesh Jhangiani – Eliminated in 12th Place ($1,100)
